Although these things seem insignificant, they weigh heavy on your mind. These are a small but constant reminder of your objectives. I usually stick a photo of my next opponent up on my refrigerator or, hang up pictures in my office of me winning fights. This will motivate me just a little but no matter how small it is, it’s a positive steps in the right direction.
Hanging out with people who support your endeavors can positively effect your performance as well. And there is no better feeling than being apart of a winning team, like the PFC Ultimate Fight Team! I feel when I am competing alongside my fighters I am stronger through our teamwork, rather than if I had done it alone. Everyone working to together, it’s GREAT! You just have to go through it to really appreciate it. Likewise, when I am developing my fighters I get a higher sense of purpose and I am beaming with pride when they are victorious. This situation can perpetuate itself for the good of all concerned for a long time.
So, success as an individual or a group is due almost entirely to the belief systems they are under. Everyone thinks their better so they become better. Pretty simple. That’s why finding positive leadership and having a diverse group of people with those same beliefs can make your success even greater!
Henry Ford Coming together is beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.

I seek out and enjoy working with others with the same goals in mind as me. It promotes positive results for everyone concerned. Victory, on the other hand, is always sweeter when it is for someone other than just yourself, like your teammates or your coach.
