"Eric's unorthodox cross-training exercises significally helped in our players endurance, work habits, team unity, skills and motivation. I strongly believe and, therefore, recommend Eric to anyone who is serious about excelling in a particular sport, activity, or for anyone who is trying to reach any kind of performance goal. Eric's techniques, although untraditional, are specifically tailored to help you not only reach your individual or team goal but to surpass it. He simply will force you to raise the bar."

"We hold Hib in the highest regards for his ability to be a great teacher and friend. His dedicatin has given us the motivation and confidence to strive to be our best."
"Eric is a kick-ass warrior who has given me a great new attitude and a tremendous outlook on life. He is also the toughest person I know! I have more respect for him than any other trainer or coach that I have ever been associated with, and I’ve played in the Minor Leagues for 4 seasons with 3 top Major League Baseball organizations. As I now switch my focus to Pro Football, I find that his methods and teaching techniques are ensuring me a smooth transition. The knowledge that can be gained from training with Eric is instrumental to any athlete’s success.

His credibility is outstanding and his skills in the Martial Arts are second to none. In addition my physical and mental acumen have increased immensely, so not only am I improving my on-field performance, but it shows when I am off the field too! Any serious athlete looking to take his or her game to the next level will benefit greatly from their experience with Eric. His workouts are as much fun as they are tough, if you bring the work ethic, his enthusiasm will bring you through the pain, so that you will be able to deliver that same pain back to your opposition…"

"I’ve been playing baseball for the last 3 years in one of the best programs in the country at Georgia Tech. I’ve been training seriously for a career in professional baseball from a very young age an I’ve done it all. I know exactly how valuable a good training program can be to any athlete; trust me. Since I started training with Eric Hibler I have become an all around better athlete, mentally and physically. Hib is very skilled and intelligent. Obviously he’s been doing this type of training for a long time. He combines a great personality with a tough outlook on everything we work on. Hib is an animal when it comes to training motivation. He pushes me to my limit and guides me to be the best I can be. One thing that I’m sure of is that he is pretty much the baddest dude I know and I am glad he is working with me!

From a physical standpoint the sports enhancement workouts are super dynamic. Eric is working with me on every aspect of my athletic performance. In a short amount of time, (3months) I have improved my: explosive power, endurance, strength, speed, core stability and flexibility making me a much more balanced athlete. Eric really covers it all, and I’ll have to say just wait until you have felt total muscle exhaustion, wow! I never new I had so many muscles to exhaust at one time!
"As a working mother of four, incorporating a fitness program into my busy life seemed to be an insurmountable challenge.

I found the solution at Pittsburgh Fight Club. The combination of boxing and martial arts provides me with a multitude of benefits including: increased strength, endurance, flexibility, muscular tone and the ability to defend myself.

Trainer Eric Hibler,’s dynamic approach maintains my motivation and commitment to fitness. Somehow he manages to make a high intensity workout fun. This is not a fitness regime that you’ll quit after a short time. Not only will you see results but also experience an increased energy level."

"After finishing my first 12 week 'Eye of the Storm' course, I wanted to express my appreciation for what you have taught me.

I am 45 years old. I started the course to learn how to do effective self defense while minimizing the chances that I would wrongfully strike first (in other words, get accused of assault). Your instruction went right to this point. In 12 weeks I have learned techniques that will enable me to confidently wait for the right spot, and then end the trouble fast!

At the beginning, students may not appreciate the terrific conditioning instructions that they will receive. When I began the course, my opinion was that boxers are the best conditioned and coordinated athletes. I have learned this is not the case! By applying your MMA conditioning lessons to my daily workouts. I have even improved my performance at my favorite recreational sports, skiiing and golf. The techniques for hand control, upper body control and lower body balance mesh well with those sports. I also noticed a big difference when shooting basketballs. People don't get into fight trouble every day or even every year, but the conditioning is something that you can use a couple of times a day!

I plan to return for a second course after sharpening the skills that I learned during the first 12 week course."
"Last year I read an article in the City Paper featuring Eric and one of his elite fighters, Billy Vucick. I remember commenting on the piece and expressing my opinion about the most important element the journalist missed about Eric's unique training. This element is Eric's undivided determination to enhance one's athletic abilities physically and mentally simultaneously. During my years as a student-athlete for the University of Pittsburgh Tennis Team, competing in the BIG EAST CONFERENCE, I assumed I had been challenged beyond my abilities. This notion was quickly eliminated after my first training session with Eric. Eric's expertise forces you to think quickly, yet intelligently when attacking footwork or practicing your upper cut.

Eric incorporates a philosophy inside the gym that extends beyond into one's personal life. Not only has Eric enhanced my overall strength on the tennis court, he has uncovered my true mental strength I hold within myself.

Eric's passion, intensity, and devotion to his students is unconditional. Currently, I am training with Eric and also being coached by a professional tennis instructor to test my overall athletic abilities on the tennis court. So far, my tennis performance is twice the game it ever was in college. I can only imagine the player I could have been if I had Eric's guidance during my collegiate tennis experience. "
