Trained by Sensei Yorinaga Nakamura at the Inosanto Academy in California, Erik Paulson has recorded exceptional ring success in mixed martial arts bouts in Japan. He has over 25 years of experience in martial arts, holds instructor rankings in Judo and Karate, as well as full instructorship in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do under Guru Dan Insanto of the Insanto Academy.

Erik has emerged as one of the premier MMA trainers in the U.S. He recently trained Brock Lesnar for his latest UFC bout against Heath Herring, and trained MMA trainer Greg Jackson. His seminar combines elements of Western Boxing, Thai Boxing, Amateur Wrestling, Judo, and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. Don’t miss this chance to learn from one of the best in the sport!

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT (Not Mandatory):
 Thai pads, focus mitts, shin guards, MMA gloves, boxing gloves, cup, mouthpiece, suitable workout clothes. All items can be purchased in the PFC Pro Shop the day of the seminar.
